What is leadership, one may ask, particularly about the state of leadership we have had in the United States of America for the last three years?  If one did not know the definition of this term, and instead looked to the presidency of #45 as an example, that individual may become vastly confused, internalizing a false perception of what a leader is.

What we instead have in the position of POTUS is the complete opposite but, instead, pure arrogance, and failed leadership.  We have been taught, that proper preparation prevents piss poor performances in life, and the performance of our POTUS has been displayed as piss poor in his response to areas of natural disasters, and now a world pandemic.

Leaders ought to be pro-active, thinking ahead, planning in such a fashion that reactively measures are last resort and contingent plan when all else has failed.  Leaders are not trying to create solutions to problems in the midst or aftermath of the problem.  If prevention is better, then cure, why is our leadership, always looking for solutions to problems that could have been avoided?
